Cristina coordinates the acceleration program structure and oversees the Techcelerator operations in Bucharest based on her experience in leading operations of RICAP program. She designs the Techcelerator strategy, develops and maintains relationship with startup supporter organizations in Romania and World, mobilizes notorious mentors and industry experts to join the program, keeps relationship with funding partners and coordinates program audit process.
Cristina has 10+ years’ experience in operational and financial project management. She founded Hexagon-Venture with the mission to support startup community with advisory and training for growing successful businesses. Cristina worked as an expert consultant at GEA Strategy & Consulting, today CIVITTA Romania, part of the CIVITTA International Group, where she supported main strategic development sectors of the company: research and development, startups and entrepreneurship or creative and cultural industries. Since 2008, Cristina was involved in Global Entrepreneurship Network, founded by Kauffman foundation, USA.
Typical expertise ranges from startup consultancy, accessing EU funds to business development, training or project management. She is certified as project manager by CODECS Romania and Open University, UK and as Internal Auditor for Quality Management System ISO 9001 by TUV Austria Romania.
