Our product, Orbiting Cubes, is bases on an original mathematical solution. We have an international pending patent for mechanical design concept (WIPO, Patent Cooperation Treaty, 152 countries). This can be the basis for a multi-purpose, multi-industry solution, in the avant-garde field of self-reconfigurable modular robotic systems.

Our project started in April 2017. We, the two co-founders, first met 10 years ago in the marketing communications industry. We “clicked” as personalities and general interests. Both our grandfathers were mechanical engineering professionals and they had workshops at home – which were our childhood playgrounds. When we met last year, Radu was just finishing his long research project in mechanical design. It was a great chance to put together a friendship, our passion for physics and mechanical engineering and the opportunity to build a global business. We want to attract other Romanian engineers, form a breakthrough-focused team and push the boundaries of robotics and automation.
