Offers restaurants a complete reservations management solution which allows them to manage not only the online reservations, but also the reservations derived from other channels, like phone or email. By doing this, they can easily grow a customer database or draw conclusions based on the statistics module in their account.
Under the new pricing scheme, restaurants would pay 5 RON per cover. While this does drive the average subscription value per restaurant up, what it does in effect is to drive down costs for less popular venues, making ialoc more attractive/ affordable and allowing us to derive value from restaurants who can afford the uptick in price. We are currently working on a machine learning recommendation system that takes into account user’s behaviour and preferences (much like Spotify recommends music). Besides this, our B2B solution aims to optimise the restaurant table availabilities in order to make the most of the daily reservations while taking care of the GDPR responsibilities. In a nutshell we are looking to simplify table booking operations, reduce reservation overhead and make HORECA businesses GDPR compliant.
B2C: ialoc makes bookings quick and effortless – they take less than a minute from start to finish and sharing your reservations’ details is done in one click. The platform also facilitates the discovery of new places through several hand-curated collections and filters.
B2B: ialoc Business allows venues to manage their phone and online reservations, reducing the number of no-shows with automatic notifications and helps management to take more informed decisions based on the built-in statistics module.
